Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The Advanced PC Tuneup is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) developed by Jawego Partners LLC, a software publisher behind other PUPs like the Driver Updater Plus. The Advanced PC Tuneup is meant to serve as a Registry optimization utility that, according to its official website, can enhance a computer's performance and stability by getting rid of bad Registry entries, and optimizing the Registry structure so that certain software will not use too much hardware resources. The application can be downloaded from the official website for free, but the download page does not mention that users who wish to optimize their Registries will be required to pay for the full version of the product. The trial variant of the Advanced PC Tuneup only allows users to scan their Registries, and the application will generate a report with recommended fixes and optimizations. However, if the users wish to complete the process, they must pay $39.95 for the full version of the Advanced PC Tuneup.
Apart from optimizing the Registry, the Advanced PC Tuneup also allows users to backup their Registry settings so that they'll be able to restore them in case something goes wrong. While this may seem like a good idea, there are many free utilities that offer the same thing without having to pay up to $40 for their services. Another thing about the Advanced PC Tuneup is that its free version may turn out to be rather annoying, since it may display notifications and reminders that users can get their computer's performance enhanced by purchasing the full version and applying the recommended optimizations and fixes constantly.
Some PUPs may rely on software bundles for their distribution so that it is likely that some users might end up seeing the Advanced PC Tuneup on their computers even though they did not download and install this program intentionally. Regardless if this is the case with you or you simply don't like the Advanced PC Tuneup's constant reminders to purchase the full version, we suggest that you use a reliable anti-malware software suite to dispose of this PUP and put an end to its offers to pay money for the full version.
