ADW_SOLIMBA is a malware infection that is spread as a fake keygen for Windows 8 operating system. ADW_SOLIMBA tricks web users into believing that they'd unwittingly used bogus key generators depending on which, the said program can be installed for free. Key generators, shortly called 'keygens,' point to computer programs, which give serial numbers or licensing keys for software. Usually these bypass the piracy acts through the act of making the application seem to be genuine. When activated, ADW_SOLIMBA displays a warning message on the screen of the affected PC and gets directing computer users to press on the 'OK' button to take down Windows 8.
