Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

AnyFlix is an aggressive adware with browser hijacking capabilities. This unwanted and annoying program may attach towards Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox as an extension, and towards Internet Explorer as a Browser Helper Object (BHO). AnyFlix may affect all present Web clients simultaneously and not just the default one. AnyFlix may fill the sites with additional and highly suspicious pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads and hyperlinked words. These commercial materials may not be designed to help you but to take advantage of your online habits. The adware may read your surfing history to match the offered products and coupons to your preferences. If you click on them, you may visit partner pages that may be unreliable. The administrators of the sponsored platforms usually pay referral commissions to the developers of AnyFlix for redirected visitors. AnyFlix benefits both sides of this deal, but may not benefit you at all. The commercial materials may lead to various problems. First, their quantity may cause significant annoyance. Hardly anyone would enjoy seeing the same ads wherever they go. Second, your browsers may start operating slowly due to the forced loading of additional multimedia elements. In some cases, the process may even lead to freezes. The third and most important reason not to keep AnyFlix concerns your security. Some of the partner pages may be threatening – they may encourage you to download threats or manipulate you into dialing con artists. AnyFlix is not one of these programs that you may download willingly. Even if you wish to do it, you may not find a platform that hosts AnyFlix. The adware relies mainly on the 'bundling' method, which means that AnyFlix may be introduced to your PC by freeware. Although the extension is small in size, you may need the help of a dedicated security application to delete AnyFlix.
