Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

BigSporting is an unreliable adware add-on that may be compatible with most of the popular browsers. You should not install this questionable application unless you enjoy seeing commercial materials on every site you open. The developers of BigSporting claim that it is an irreplaceable tool for the sports fans. In theory, this program should let you follow your favorite teams and be feed with the latest news about them. Although any fan would like to know the upcoming matches, the expected transfers and the current standings, the cyber experts advise you to find an alternative application. The true reason for the existence of BigSporting is to provide partner sites with a constant flow of visitors. The adware also may be used to spread third-party software with equally questionable legitimacy. Both visiting the affiliated pages or downloading the suggested applications may be a risky action. Some of the sponsored sites may be fraudulent. On the other hand, the offered programs may contain some harmful codes. Since you cannot be sure if the specific ad is safe or not, the specialists advise you to ignore all of them. Unfortunately, the issues with the ads by BigSporting don't end here. The pop-ups, pop-unders, banners, sponsored videos or eye-catching animations may use much of the resources of your system. The potential issues that their loading may cause include freezes, crashes or other errors. The adware also may configure the settings of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer in a way that benefits its creators. For example, BigSporting may set a low-quality search site as your default provider. You may notice such engine being set as your homepage automatically. A significant part of the installations of this adware happen in a deceptive way. BigSporting may come bundled with some other program. Your attempts to delete BigSporting may be in vain, so you should consider using professional security software.
