Blue Adeptz

Posted: March 28, 2006

The virus was written in Delphi applicationming language. The date of origination is November 2002. The principle of such RAT applications is quite simple: the hacker infects his victim's machine with a "server" application. Once inside the computer it opens a default port TCP 6969 and awaits hacker commands. The intruder communicates with the infected computer via a "client" application on his own machine. The functions of a RAT can vary, depending on the needs of the attacker. This application has a “backdoor function, allowing the intruder to bypass the security. And it uses "trojan" abilities to infiltrate the computer.
