Browse Pax is known to be adware that may show annoying pop-up ads, discount coupons, deals and offers when PC users are visiting online shopping websites. Browse Pax may be added into Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Web browsers. Browse Pax may commonly propagate and be installed on the PC through packed freeware that computer users can download from the Internet. When the computer user chooses to install any free application, it might involve additional toolbars, browser plug-ins and add-ons in the installation package. They may be marked as optional programs, but if the PC user does not deselect a check box for inserting them, unwanted system alterations may be made on the computer system. Browse Pax may keep track of the PC user's browsing activity and send collected data for the intention of delivering targeted advertisements.
