Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

BuiltMoneyMaker is an adware plugin that promises to let you earn extra cash as you surf the Web. Its developers state that their tool will offer you various paid surveys. The extension is also expected to keep you informed of the best deals at the moment, which should optimize your online shopping. However, there is a significant mismatch between the announced features and the actual performance of BuiltMoneyMaker. The majority of PC users may prefer to remove the adware from their system soon after it attaches towards Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. There are more than a few reasons for the negative user feedback. In some cases, the user cannot recall authorizing the installation of this extension. It may happen because some cost-free applications come with additional free components. As soon as you agree to load the main software, it will install supplementary programs automatically. The installers may not inform the users adequately about bundled elements if they carry out the process via the 'Quick' menu, so the 'Advanced' one is the better choice. It is true that BuiltMoneyMaker may show you many cookie-based coupons, discounts and offers. Some of the promoted products may seem appropriate because the browsing cookies reflect your surfing history. The main issue is that the sponsored sites may not be reliable. The popular e-commerce platforms abstain from using adware for promotional purposes, which means that BuiltMoneyMaker may lead you to unknown sites that may be fraudulent. The vast amounts of pop-ups, banners, in-text ads and other eye-catching commercial materials may lead to irritating performance problems such as speed drops or freezes. Many users also find it annoying to see the same unrequested ads wherever they go. The adware may be resistant to the conventional uninstall methods, so you should use a reliable anti-malware solution.
