ScreenshotByteDefender (Byte Defender)is a rogue antispyware program which pilfers money from hapless computer users. ByteDefender uses scare tactics to trick users into purchasing a copy of their useless product. After making use of a Trojan to enter the system, ByteDefender runs a fake system scan which produces false results claiming the PC is infected with malware. This is of course a blatant lie and soon hereafter the user will be bombarded by popup warings urging the purchase of ByteDefender to remove the alleged threats. Do not become another victim of cybercrime and have ByteDefender removed immediately once detected.
