To try and resolve the issue, you should try troubleshooting the 'Can't Log In to Windows Account' issue by following the tips below:

Check Your Internet Connection

On rare occasions, your computer might not have your latest account password saved locally – this may occur if you changed recently it and you lost internet connection before it was saved. Because of this, you may be unable to login successfully – check if your Internet is up and consider connecting to WiFi or even using your mobile data to complete the login.

If you cannot be certain of the exact cause of the issue, it might be worthwhile to try and reboot your computer. This might solve plenty of common computer issues in a matter of minutes.

Use the On-screen Keyboard

If you cannot enter your login credentials because of a faulty keyboard, you will be glad to hear that Windows grants you access to a virtual keyboard, which can be operated via your mouse. Once you reach the login screen, select the 'Ease of access' icon found on the bottom-right corner and then click on 'On-Screen Keyboard.'

Run System Restore

If you are unable to login to Windows, you will need to boot into 'Safe Mode' and then look for the 'Update & Security' menu in the 'Settings' panel.
