High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.

Cartt is an application that may not be as useful as it appears to be initially. In theory, this web plugin should optimize your online shopping by providing you with many good deals to choose from. In practice, this adware creates too many ads that may overwhelm all of your web clients. No matter if you launch Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, you are about to notice a range of pop-ups, banners, animations and targeted videos. These commercial materials don't appear only on shopping sites. Instead, you may face them on the majority of webpages that may soon enough become an obstacle to your smooth browsing sessions. Cartt doesn't generate the commercial materials randomly. The adware may have access to your surfing history and the list of performed searches, which allows it to modify the displayed products to the taste of the particular user. As appealing as the ads may be, it is not recommended to click on them. You cannot know where they will take you. Besides some newly established shopping platforms that want to increase their popularity, the pop-ups and banners by Cartt may expose you to potentially dangerous pages. It will not be uncommon if the presence of this adware leads to annoying functionality errors like random freezes or slower operating speed. It will also not be too surprising if Cartt managed to evade your attention when it entered. Its primary distribution method is called "bundling," which means that the suspicious application may be brought to your PC by third-party freeware. If the ads bother you, you should check your system with professional security software to delete Cartt.
