Cleptomaniacos, also known as Clep, is a malicious remote administration tool with common set of functions. It secretly runs on victim’s PC and allows remote unauthorized access to it. Cleptomaniacos can be used for many harmful purposes. It can steal user’s valuable information, disclose personal documents, remove or damage files, modify critical computer settings, launch and terminate softwares, control some hardware devices, manage the computer, etc. This malware possesses high security and privacy threat and should be removed as soon as possible using malware removal tools or antivirus software.
