Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

ClicknMark or Click-N-Mark is a browser add-on that offers text-zooming, highlighting and storing functions for your Web browser. As the cost of its offerings, ClicknMark demands the right to display third party commercial offers in your browser, also known as advertisements. ClicknMark is officially classified as a PUP and will not attack your computer deliberately, but malware researchers still find deleting ClicknMark, like all adware, to be what's best for your browser's online safety, not to mention its basic stability and performance.
ClicknMark: When What You Click isn't Always What You Wanted
As a Potentially Unwanted Program with some unique features, ClicknMark safely can be said to be engaged in overselling its feature set. Despite that, ClicknMark does provide legitimate (but small) benefits for its use. Unfortunately, like any typical adware add-on, ClicknMark also asks for far too much in exchange for its services. By displaying advertisements through pop-ups, pop-unders, in-link text links and other formats, ClicknMark may degrade the overall security and performance optimization of your Web-browsing experience. Malware researchers also find it worth warning any users of ClicknMark to be particularly cautious about common advertisement-based attacks, such as the eternally-popular fake Flash patch that installs threats.
Since ClicknMark reserves the right to modify unrelated Web pages according to its commerce-oriented whims, ClicknMark also may prevent you from accessing the natural content of a site or from navigating through a site easily. ClicknMark doesn't allow you to disable any portion of its advertisements without removing the overall software, and its company denies any legal liability for harm to your PC caused by ClicknMark or ClicknMark advertisements. To what should be no one's surprise, ClicknMark may also gather information about your Web-browsing habits – non-confidential user data that often is sold off to third parties.
Stopping Your Browser from Being a ClicknMark's Mark
A small minority of PC security companies has found it appropriate to categorize ClicknMark's website as unsafe, but malware researchers consider ClicknMark a PUP and, therefore, its site to be non-threatening. However, just because a site is non-threatening doesn't mean you should feel free to install software from it without any questions; the above details about ClicknMark's operations should cause any self-preserving PC user to be suspicious about this adware product's real benefits. Nevertheless, if you protect your browser from potentially compromised advertisements, ClicknMark's brief stay on your computer shouldn't cause any significant damage whatsoever.
ClicknMark's site includes simplistic uninstallation recommendations, which malware researchers suggest ignoring. For actual certainty that ClicknMark's browser changes have been revoked in their entirety, qualified anti-malware programs can be used for deleting ClicknMark without any significant trouble. Such measures should be considered all but mandatory in particularly severe incidents, such as having ClicknMark installed (which may be symptomatic of a Trojan attack).
