Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Cloud System Care is a PC optimization utility that promises to improve your computer's overall performance, reduce the time Windows needs to start, as well as reduce the loading time of various applications. According to Cloud System Care's official website, the program achieves this by cleaning and optimizing the Windows Registry, removing junk files and fixing various PC errors. It is true that software that executes this task might be able to improve a computer's performance slightly, but you can't expect miraculous results like the ones Cloud System Care promises. Furthermore, this software is free to download, but the free version only offers the ability to scan and identify problems with your computer. If you wish to resolve these problems, you need to purchase the full version of Cloud System Care that costs $75.00. However, to increase the chances that people will buy this software, Cloud System Care may exaggerate its results so that people will think that paying $75.00 is worth it. There are many free alternatives of Cloud System Care that are much more reliable and reputable, and they can get the job done without lying to you about the stuff that needs to be fixed.
Cloud System Care is identified as a Potentially Unwanted Program which means that it isn't unsafe, but its presence may not be desired and may lead to unexpected side effects. For example, users who install Cloud System Care's free version may be reminded that their computer needs to be optimized constantly. Naturally, the software will also urge them to purchase its full version so that they can optimize their computers and improve its performance. Such aggressive marketing tricks are considered undesired and not user-friendly.
In addition to offering to optimize the computer, Cloud System Care's official page also tells users that the software offers basic protection from security threats.
