The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Dash Browser may not be a Web client that can offer any features not present in the leading Internet engines. Dash Browser is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that tries to benefit from your online activities. This questionable application has an extensive network of affiliated sites. Dash Browser may use various tactics to transfer you to them, which pays off in the form of referral commissions. Unfortunately, the process may make your surfing sessions less enjoyable as they may be interrupted by frequent automatic redirections. Moreover, some of the promoted domains may host potentially harmful software. Some users report that Dash Browser may have entered automatically. It is possible for this suspicious program to sneak into your PC as a surprise if you download freeware from questionable platforms. The approach is referred to as bundling. Luckily, there is a way to oppose this tactic and keep unwanted programs away.
You should perform the setup process via the 'Advanced' menu, which should allow you to choose for yourself which applications to load and which to skip. The general rule is that softwar that tries to enter as an addition to another program, may not be very reliable. Dash Browser may become your default provider automaticallyl. If you click on some links in text documents, the PUP may launch. The homepage of this unreliable application may be some shady search site that shows manipulated results. As you move on, you may detect various commercial materials like pop-ups, banners, in-text ads or sponsored videos. You should know that they may not originate from the currently opened site but from the PUP itself. This means that you may fail if you try to disable them. The constant loading of vouchers and exclusive offers may make the operating speed of Dash Browser slow. Since you cannot be sure that this PUP will protect your private data, you should delete it with a credible security utility.
