Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

DonutArcade is a suspicious Web extension that may fill your browsers with overwhelming quantities of commercial materials. The experts define programs with such behavior as adware. DonutArcade relies on two main distribution methods. Some users may install the questionable plugin from its official site, which is Donutarcade.com. This page is a platform for online games, which resembles Armorarcade.com and Arcadetropics.com greatly. You may land on it after clicking on certain Web ads. Donutarcade.com cannot be classified as an unsafe site, which is why it has not been blocked by popular browsers. If you decide to play the offered games through your Web client, you should experience no problems whatsoever. Donutarcade.com is not associated with fake Adobe updates or other cyber threats that may cause substantial damage. However, if you agree to download and install some games to your PC, the ad-based extension may enter alongside them. If Donutarcade.com is a site that you cannot recall visiting but you still encountering commercial materials with the slogan 'Brought by DonutArcade,' then the adware probably entered in a software bundle. The main program could have been some media player, torrent client, toolbar, etc. You should use the 'Custom' installation menu to prevent the loading of suggested bonus apps. DonutArcade may inject pop-ups, banners, sponsored videos, interstitial ads, or in-text ads in the vast majority of sites that you open. Since the extension is cross-compatible, you may encounter the same coupons and banners no matter if you launch Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. The adware also may interfere with your search experience. Whenever you try to find information via Google, Bing or another legit provider, you may notice a couple of sponsored links in the first positions. DonutArcade may even set a search platform that you have never heard of as your homepage. In the latter case, the majority of results may be manipulated to trick you into visiting sponsored sites. It is not advisable to go to its partner pages because some of them may host harmful software. It would be better to use a special security program to delete DonutArcade wholly.
