Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The Driver Tuneup is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP), which is offered by Driver-tuneup.com, a legitimate and harmless website, which is meant to advertise this particular software product. The version of the Driver Tuneup hosted on the page is free-to-use, but users who opt to install it may find out that the free version of the Driver Tuneup is limited severely. For example, it is only able to work as a scanner, and it is impossible for users of the free version to carry out any update operations. It is possible that the publisher of the Driver Tuneup also is behind the Pinnacle Driver Updater – a similar utility, which has the same interface and features as the Driver Tuneup.
The only feature that the Driver Tuneup offers is that it checks the system drivers for updates regularly, and can apply available updates automatically. Their website states that this can help users improve their PC's performance and stability since using the latest drivers is likely to bring more positives.
Users who install the Driver Tuneup but don't pay for the premium version may end up seeing numerous notifications and reminders that their drivers need to be updated and they should take advantage of the Driver Tuneup's premium plan to ensure that the entire task will be completed automatically. The price of the Driver Tuneup is set to $19.95, and users also are offered to grab the additional password management software, which costs the same. The small text on the payment site reveals that the cost of the Driver Tuneup is not as advertised, and users must pay €29.95 for a 6-month subscription.
If you have paid for the Driver Tuneup's full version and are happy with the services it offers, then it will not be a problem to continue using this software. However, if you are being bothered by the trial version and you are contemplating whether to buy it or not, then our advice is to skip this offer. The purchase of the Driver Tuneup will not improve your computer's performance magically, and there are plenty of other utilities, which can help you keep your drivers up-to-date free of charge. Removing the trial version of the Driver Tuneup also is recommended because keeping it on your computer means that you'll keep seeing its reminders and alerts.
