Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

eTogether is a questionable add-on that may be compatible with all of the popular browsers. eTogether promises to help you find your soulmate directly from your PC. The extension is also expected to improve your online searches. However, eTogether is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that tries to benefit from your actions during your surfing sessions. The developers of eTogether try to redirect you to sponsored pages that seek to become more popular. By doing so, they may receive pay-per-click or pay-per-install commissions. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism that can verify if the page you are about to visit is safe. In some cases, the ads by eTogether or the sponsored links it includes in the search engines may open potentially threatening sites. This PUP may rely on two main methods for its distribution. The first tactic is the direct download – some PC users may find themselves on eTogether.com, and may assume the extension is legit. This site claims to be a top dating service provider. However, the fact that its Facebook page has only four likes speaks enough. This platform is fraudulent. If you register and share your information, it may be used for harmful purposes, and you may start receiving spam. If you didn't install the extension from its official site, it most likely entered together with third-party freeware. You should unmark the suggested bonus programs via the 'Advanced' menu to spare yourself a negative surprise later on. eTogether may attach towards Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, and after that, eTogether may cause various unapproved changes. You may notice a sponsored search site as your homepage. You should not use unknown providers because they may display inaccurate results while trying to redirect you to sponsored sites. This PUP also may block all page-based ads and replace them with its own commercial materials. As a consequence, you may start seeing intrusive pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads, sponsored videos, or multimedia elements with the slogan 'Brought by eTogether.' To present landing on a compromised site, you should ignore all of the new ads. The most efficient way to delete this PUP is to use a professional anti-malware solution.
