ExploreDivision

ExploreDivision is a Mac-exclusive application that tries to promote a search engine called 'ExploreDivision Search.' However, it uses intrusive and misleading practices to lure more users to this page. The ExploreDivision utility does not have an official website or download page. Instead, it is being spread via fake downloads and software bundles that rely on misleading promises and instructions exclusively. Once ExploreDivision is planted on a Mac, it will manipulate the 'Launch Daemon' and 'Device Profile' utilities to gain persistence.

ExploreDivision is marked as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) by reputable Mac anti-virus products, and its removal is strongly recommended. The application does not have any useful or valuable features, and it is dedicated to redirecting your searches to ExploreDivision Search entirely. It may be impossible to undo these redirects without removing ExploreDivision first. The latter PUP should be removed from your Mac by using a suitable security tool.
