G.results.supply is a Web page, which hosts a simple search engine, which is located above for bookmarks that are meant to lead users to some of the most popular websites like Twitter, Amazon, Facebook and YouTube. However, these bookmarks are not useful since every Web browser has an integrated bookmarks bar that can be used to access any website you wish to be bookmarked quickly. In addition to this, security researchers have determined that the G.results.supply page is associated with a dubious browser add-on, which goes by the name ‘Trustnav Safesearch’ and claims to provide the users with the ability to search the Web privately. However, the usefulness of this add-on is questionable since its sole purpose appears to be to set G.results.supply as either the default new tab page or search aggregator.

Using G.results.supply is not a problem because this search engine works reliably and it delivers search results that are trustworthy. However, do not forget that G.results.supply is not associated with a reputable company or product, and there is a chance that the way it works might be changed in the future. For example, it may start to deliver advertisements, sponsored results or other undesired content.

If you start seeing G.results.supply whenever you use your Web browser, then it is likely that you have added the ‘Trustnav Safesearch’ extension or another browser add-on that is meant to bring traffic to G.results.supply. However, that these changes are not threatening, and they can be reverted rather easily – make sure to identify and remove the extension responsible for the problem.
