Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Groover by Cupuacu Labs is one of the numerous web extensions that promise to save you time and money when you want to buy some product online. The actual impact of this adware on your surfing sessions may not be as enjoyable as you would expect. The small application will indeed show you coupons, discounts and some seemingly appealing deals. The first problem of the newly generated commercial materials is their quantity. They may literally overwhelm your web clients. It is important to note that Groover doesn't modify only your default browser but affects all of them, including the most popular Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. You are about to notice a series of banners, pop-ups and targeted videos during most of the time when you are online. These marketing elements may seize a considerable portion of your screen, and may even cover some important parts of the websites. It goes without saying that the presence of the ads may distract you. In case you open a few browser tabs at once or your PC is older, you may experience occasional freezes. The second worrisome aspect of Groover is that it may transfer you to pages that may represent a security risk for your system. A good part of the infections begin when the unsuspecting users are pointed towards dangerous parts of the web by adware. It is not very likely to save money thanks to Groover because the ads commonly lead to questionable shopping sites and buying anything from unknown platforms is not recommended. The official website of Groover is very hard to find, which means that the adware travels together with third-party freeware. If you want to stop seeing the annoying ads made by this suspicious extension, you need to delete it with powerful security software.
