IMMonitor is a monitoring tool designed to secretly observe and log Yahoo Messenger's chat conversations. Once executed, IMMonitor will use rootkit technology to hide from other software in order to evade detection by anti-spyware programs. Then IMMonitor will collect all your conversations and send all the logged data to a remote attacker. This places any personal or financial information stored on your computer in severe jeopardy and represents a serious security risk.
