Info Seeker is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) created by Big Water Applications LLC. Info Seeker may state to enhance experience of the computer user's Web browsing by enabling to search for highlighted phrases in websites like Google Maps, Wikipedia and WolframAlpha. Info Seeker may also be categorized as adware. The Info Seeker browser extension may be installed in the Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The browser plug-in of Info Seeker may use tricky advertising techniques to distribute and install itself on the computer system. Info Seeker may enter the PC packaged with numerous free applications that computer users download from unreliable download websites. Upon installation, Info Seeker may start creating and displaying numerous types of disturbing advertisements involving in-text, banner, and interstitial ads with the goal to probably generate advertising income.
