The iSportTV Search Plus Extension add-on by ienjoyapps.com is not as useful as its official download page may claim. Users might be tempted to install this extension because it promises to provides them with entertaining sports stream, as well as with access to streaming sports TV channels. However, the reality is that the iSportTV Search Plus Extension does not host content of this sort, and the best it can do is to refer its users to 3rd-party websites, which might specialize in distributing sports videos and streams. However, streaming major sports events online is often done illicitly, and it is usually best to avoid such streams since they are likely to be plagued by inconvenient advertisements.
Even if the iSportTV Search Plus Extension ends up being useful partially by referring users to 3rd-party sports streams, it is likely that these users will still find this add-on to be annoying due to the unwanted changes it brings to their Web browser. When the iSportTV Search Plus Extension is installed, it will replace the Google Chrome's default search aggregator with Sport.searchalgo.com. This change is harmless, but it may have a negative impact on the quality of the search results the users see.
Since the iSportTV Search Plus Extension is marked as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) by credible anti-virus product vendors, users can rely on their favorite anti-malware software suite to take care of this PUP's removal. They also can take care of the issue by using the Chrome's add-on Manager to uninstall the iSportTV Search Plus Extension manually.
