JS:Agent-CDN is a Trojan that spreads via a website, which includes a relevant malicious Java Script. JS:Agent-CDN usually comes accompanied with additional malware threats downloaded onto an infected computer without a PC user's knowledge. Once JS:Agent-CDN enters the targeted computer, it will decrease the overall PC's performance by adding malicious files and registry entries to consume a large amount of CPU and RAM. JS:Agent-CDN causes random PC freezes or system crash issues. JS:Agent-CDN injects itself into the vulnerable web browser and leads to repeated redirects to susupicious advertisement websites. JS:Agent-CDN displays annoying pop-up advertisements on the screen of the corrupted PC. JS:Agent-CDN gathers personal information such as email address, user name, password and sends it to cybercriminals for illegitimate purposes.
