Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The Magic PC Cleaner is advertised as a PC optimization utility that can enhance a computer's performance by getting rid of old prefetch data, cookies, junk files, system error logs, and other unnecessary data that applications and Windows tend to store on the hard drive. In addition to the scanner, the Magic PC Cleaner's presentation also claims that the software offers real-time protection from system errors and browser related errors, which is a very obvious exaggeration. No software is unable to prevent such errors completely, nor can it predict them and stop them in time. Despite this part, the Magic PC Cleaner appears to function as a PC cleaning tool, and users who opt to install it may, in fact, be able to remove some junk files from their computer. However, there is a catch – only the premium version of the Magic PC Cleaner can perform cleaning operations. Before you opt to purchase the full license, you should be aware that anti-virus companies detect the Magic PC Cleaner as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). In addition to this, the features that the paid version of the Magic PC Cleaner brings are also offered by multiple free PC optimization tools.
Users who opt to download the Magic PC Cleaner will only get the trial variant that includes a scanner that can help them determine how much junk data is present on their computers. After this is complete, the Magic PC Cleaner will offer them to pay for the full package, which costs $29.95 and offers all of the features advertised on the Magic PC Cleaner's website. Another interesting thing is that the Magic PC Cleaner does not have a standalone page and can be found on its publisher's website. The publisher, SOFTFiX, also offers several other products that might end up falling in the same category as the Magic PC Cleaner - SOFTFiX Reg Cleaner and SOFTFiX PC Doctor.
Removing the Magic PC Cleaner is not mandatory because the application appears to be safe and it does not interfere with the computer's security and performance. However, if you do not wish to purchase the full version and you don't want to see the Magic PC Cleaner's scan reports, then it is recommended to uninstall it from your computer. This can be accomplished via the Windows Control Panel or with the assistance of computer security software.
