Mal/FakeAvJs-A is a malicious script, usually detected in a web page, which pretends to be relates to anti-virus software. Mal/FakeAvJs-A is typically used on websites that imitate the behavior of security or anti-virus scanners. The websites often declare that the computer user viewing the website is affected by one or more malware threats and try to either install a rogue security program or convince the PC user to purchase the bogus application.
