Mal/FakeVirPk-A is a malicious program which is packed with a protection system used by attackers. Mal/FakeVirPk-A may spread by using SEO techniques to infect topical search terms and even by typo-squatting on popular industry websites. Once installed, Mal/FakeVirPk-A adds malicious files and modifies the registry so that it can run automatically each time you start Windows. Mal/FakeVirPk-A will also try to contact an IP address over HTTP, including certain information about the affected computer. Remove Mal/FakeVirPk-A before it damages your computer system.
