Mazy Search

Mazy Search Description

The Mazy Search is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that often may be advertised online as a useful browser utility that can enhance your Web searching experience. In reality, the Mazy Search does apply changes to your browser's search settings, but they are unlikely to improve your Web browsing sessions. The primary purpose of the Mazy Search PUP is to set Browser.mazysearch.com as your Web browser's default new tab page – this will increase the amount of traffic that the website generates greatly, and then make it more attractive for online ads. In short, Mazy Search is making false promises to boost a website's traffic statistics artificially and increase the ad revenue it generates.

If you have installed Mazy Search and you do not wish to keep using Browser.mazysearch.com as your default new tab page, you should take the required steps to eliminate this Potentially Unwanted Program and restore your browsers' settings to their previous state. The best way to uninstall Mazy Search is to use an up-to-date computer security scanner.
