Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The MetroWhiz Toolbar is a product of Mindspark Interactive Network, which is meant to provide users with instant access to the city transport schedule and direction instructions as soon as they access their browser's new tab. Although this service might sound useful, what the MetroWhiz Toolbar's official description might not mention is that all the data this extension provides can be accessed easily by simply using the 3rd-party services that the MetroWhiz Toolbar takes advantage of. This add-on works by modifying the settings of your Web browser so that your new tab page will be set to a specifically modified version of the MyWay.com search engine. The newly introduced page hosts a search engine, which is accompanied by a collection of links to online sites and services that provide visitors with driving instructions, bus schedules, and other information that can help you plan a short trip or your morning commute.
The MetroWhiz Toolbar, just like a significant number of Mindspark products, has been categorized as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) by major publishers of PC security software. PUPs are not considered to be harmful, but their installation might sometimes bring unwanted changes to the system's configuration. In the case of the MetroWhiz Toolbar, users might experience a change to their Web browser's new tab page – a harmless, but annoying change.
If you do not wish to continue using the MetroWhiz Toolbar and the new tab page it promotes, then you should take the required steps to ensure this PUP's full removal. Since the utility is not harmful, you could remove it via your browser's extension manager. However, to make it easier for you, you could just run a suitable PC security scanner that will dispose of the MetroWhiz Toolbar's files automatically.
