MonitoringTool.WinSpioa is a dangerous spyware parasite that could monitor and record internet activity on an infected PC. MonitoringTool.WinSpioa may also easily allow a remote attacker to obtain personal data from an infected system which may lead to identity theft. Once a system is infected with MonitoringTool.WinSpioa, the computer user may start to notice degraded performance and not have full control over all operations of the PC.
