Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

MyOnlySearch may not be an extension that can optimize your online experience. This questionable add-on is adware that is designed to benefit its developers instead of PC users. Identically to the majority of ad-based plugins, this one is advertised as a shopping helper. According to its creators, which remain unnamed, this adware should let you compare products and offer cheaper alternatives from different stores. Despite the assurances that MyOnlySearch can save money on your online purchases, its presence in your browsers may cause various issues. Its primary task is to redirect the users to specific third-party sites. Their administrators are willing to pay certain referral commissions. The main issue here is that these platforms may be too questionable for you to trust them. The big e-commerce pages don't use the services of adware to get clients. Clicking on the ads by MyOnlySearch may take you to unknown sites, some of which may even be fraudulent or threatening. A lot of users may be dissatisfied with the changes that the adware may cause to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. MyOnlySearch doesn't need explicit permission to substitute your homepage with a search page that you should not trust. The search engines promoted by adware may display manipulated results that lead to their partners. MyOnlySearch also may create many new commercial materials that may take the form of pop-ups, banners, transitional ads, interstitial ads and in-text ads. The experts suggest you ignore them to prevent landing on some sites that may damage your system. However, ignoring them may not resolve all problems. The mere loading of so many marketing elements in the Web pages may slow the operating system's speed dramatically. MyOnlySearch may be suggested to you by other cost-free applications. If you skip the details, you may agree to install the adware without suspecting. It is recommendatory to use a special anti-malware solution to clean your browsers from this suspicious extension.
