Nessipol is adware that may show pop-up advertisements, offers, coupons, and sponsored links via a pop-up box on popular shopping websites that PC users are visiting. These pop-up advertisements may be shown by Nessipol as boxes, which encompass a variety of coupons that are available or as underlined keywords, which when clicked may display a pop-up advertisement that declares it is sent to the web user by Nessipol. Nessipol is an extension for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome that is usually added when the computer user installs another free application such as video recording/streaming, download managers or PDF creators that had packed into their installation Nessipol. When the Internet user installs these free applications, he may also install Nessipol. When installed on the compromised PC, whenever the Internet user will browse popular websites, Nessipol may show a box in the right top part of the web browser, which contains relevant advertisements, keyword suggestions and sponsored links.
