Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

NTSRV is a typical adware that may bring additional and unreliable advertising materials to your browser. No one downloads this program voluntarily because it is simply impossible. The questionable extension has no official site. Moreover, the popular platforms for Web extensions such as the Chrome Web Store don't host it. NTSRV relies on the suspicious bundling tactic to evade the attention of PC users. This adware may compromise your Internet clients in case you download cost-free applications that have included it into their installers. The problem with this method is not that you cannot prevent the installation of the unwanted tools. The main issue is that the commonly used 'Quick' menu may not inform you at all about the bonus components. NTSRV doesn't attach only towards your default browser. Instead, it may inject pop-ups, banners and interstitial ads in all of the existing Web clients in the system, including Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. The fact that some of the commercial materials may offer products that you want should not surprise you at all. The adware uses a simple trick to adjust the coupons, discounts and offers to your particular taste. It monitors your browsing history and the terms you have recently typed in the search platforms. Clicking on the sponsored links consistently may cause far more serious problems because some of the promoted sites may be compromised. Unfortunately, even if you ignore all ads, you may still experience functionality issues with the browsers. Common complaints of PC users are increased loading time and occasional freezes. Since NTSRV will most likely be unable to help you at all, but the annoying side-effects are guaranteed, you should consider removing it from your system.
