ScreenshotPC Scout (PCScout) is a rogue anti-spyware application that uses devious tactics to extort money from unsuspecting computer users. PC Scout was found to come from the same group of hackers that create and market the fake security programs known as Protection System and Active Security.

PC Scout, once installed, is able to plaster the infected computer's screen with several misleading popup warnings and conduct system scans that return falsified parasite results. PC Scout in full or trial version is completely unable to detect or rid your computer of parasites. Manual removal of PC Scout is difficult to perform successfully due to its ability to load into memory at startup of Windows.
