Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The PC Smart Cleanup is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) whose websites promotes it as a useful PC optimization utility, which can help users optimize their computers' performance and disk usage by the disposing of junk files, fixing Registry errors, cleaning broken shortcuts, and other minor improvements, which will supposedly enhance the overall system performance. However, what users might not perceive is that the software they download is a trial version of the PC Smart Cleanup that does not allow to carry out any of the recommended optimizations. When this application is run for the first time, it will generate an optimization report, which contains the recommended fixes and optimizations that must be carried out on the computer. However, accomplishing these tasks automatically requires the full the PC Smart Cleanup package, which can be purchased for $29.95. Users who don't opt to pay the sum and keep the PC Smart Cleanup on their computers might end up seeing regular reminders and alerts that there are pending optimizations that need to be taken care of.
Although the PC Smart Cleanup is not a harmful application, the results it displays might be slightly exaggerated so that there will be a higher chance that users will opt to pay for the full version. The 'Purchase' button on their website leads users to the website of Ultra Heal – a software publisher whose name is linked to other PUPs.
If you are not bothered by the PC Smart Cleanup, then removing it is not mandatory. However, if you are tired of seeing its reminders and you've decided that you don't want to pay for the full version, then we advise you to take the necessary measures to uninstall the PC Smart Cleanup. This task can be carried out via the Windows Control Panel manually or by running an up-to-date cyber security software suite.
