PDF Mighty

PDF Mighty is a browser extension that works on both Windows and macOS systems. This add-on is not threatening, but many anti-virus vendors consider it a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) because of its lackluster features and the fact that it is known to introduce undesired changes to the configuration of many Web browsers.

PDF Mighty may pose as a useful PDF viewer and converter, but, in reality, its sole goal is to redirect your searches through 3rd-party search engines. These redirects may often expose you to more advertisements than you are used to seeing. Needless to say, such intrusive behavior should not be tolerated, and users of PDF Mighty should consider getting rid of it.

Remember that PDF Mighty is not harmful, so you should not feel obliged to remove it – it cannot cause major trouble. However, if your Web browser started misbehaving as soon as you installed PDF Mighty, then you should know that removing this PUP should resolve the issue immediately.
