Poinbag is a browser plugin that pretends to be a useful tool, but, in truth, is considered to be operating in misleading ways. Poinbag only exists to display irritating ads while surfing the Internet and using Yahoo! and Google search engines, and steal personal information. Poinbag can enter the affected PC without a user's permission. Poinbag communicates with an external server without a PC user's knowledge. Uninstall Poinbag as soon as possible.
