Provider is one of those unreliable web browser extensions that exhibit adware capabilities. Typically, adware-laced add-ons, plugins and extensions such as Provider are distributed by being bundled with other free applications. Once installed, Provider starts collecting information about your habitual online activities like browsing history, frequently visited websites, etc. Based on that, Provider adware extension tailors several unwanted commercial advertisements that may disrupt your normal browsing experience. In addition, clicking on ads by Provider users might get redirected to potentially harmful websites or unreliable web locations and get more adware applications installed on their system. Computer performance is also affected by the presence of Provider as it consumes a large portion of your CPU.
