RambleRoam is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) created by SuperWeb LLC. RambleRoam may state to enhance the computer user's online browsing activity by showing related content carrying websites, website trust ratings, allow comparison shopping, provide with discount coupons, and adding other helpful functionalities. RambleRoam may also be categorized as adware. The plug-in of RambleRoam may integrate itself into Web browsers including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. RambleRoam may circulate and install itself on the PC using tricky software marketing methods, one of them known as bundling. RambleRoam may be installed on the computer as an extra program bundled with freeware that PC users download and install from untrustworthy download websites. After installation, RambleRoam may generate and display a variety of types of intrusive online advertisements, involving interstitial, transitional, text-link, banner, search, and full page ads.
