Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The Related Program is a classic example of adware, which you should not install. This tiny application may make your surfing sessions unpleasant. The Related Program may attach towards the browsers as an extension, after which you may start seeing new commercial materials. The Related Program is a cross-compatible plugin so that it may affect Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer at the same time. The main reason for the existence of this adware is to increase the popularity of some partner sites. The Related Program has no other function besides displaying vouchers, coupons and sponsored links in the search engines. It is not surprising that hardly anyone agrees to install such software voluntarily. Its official site, which is Relatedprogram.com, doesn't even contain a download button. The Related Program doesn't travel across the cyberspace as a separate program but comes in bundles, where the main component may be some freeware. PC users may make the mistake to install such applications via the 'Quick' menu. It is indeed a little bit faster than the 'Advanced' one, but you will not be able to deselect the programs that you don't want to load. The Related Program may have access to some non-personally identifiable information. This extension cannot record your passwords or any sensitive information, but it may keep track of your searches and surfing history. This data may be enough to adjust the coupons, discounts and exclusive offers to your particular taste. However, you may wish to avoid clicking on the ads as some of them may open harmful domains. If any sponsored page asks you to update Java or Adobe, you should decline and leave because the offered software may be threatening. In some cases, you may not understand that you are viewing a promoted page. The Related Program may replace the legit results of your searches with links leading to affiliated platforms. The Related Program also may fill your browsers with pop-ups, pop-unders, banners and embedded videos, which may slow down the operating speed. The most efficient method to clean your Web clients from the Related Program is to use renowned security software.
