Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

SaveDeals is the name of a web add-on, which creates large quantities of online advertisements. Just like the traditional ads hosted on most of the sites, the commercial materials by SaveDeals try to boost the traffic towards sponsored sites. However, these new banners, pop-ups, interstitial ads and in-text ads have some pretty annoying characteristics. They tend to be rather aggressive – they may become an inseparable part of each of your surfing sessions. They also appear simultaneously in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, which means you cannot change the web client if you don't want to see them. The mere presence of these marketing elements may be annoying enough, but they may also cause functionality issues with the browsers. These potential problems are not planned but happen because the adware uses some of the system resources for its tasks. As a result, you may notice that the speed is too slow, or the Internet clients occasionally freeze. SaveDeals collects some non-personally identifiable information to adjust the ads. This tactic may make the displayed offers pretty user-relevant, which would increase the chances for you to follow them. The pop-ups and banners will most often take you towards shopping sites, but may sometimes redirect you to unsafe pages, so you should be careful. If asked to download any software, you should decline for the sake of keeping your PC safe. SaveDeals is usually spread bundled with freeware, so some users may load it without being properly informed. In case the ads ruin your surfing sessions, you should consider deleting the adware with reputable security software.
