Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Savings is the name of an intrusive adware that may travel primarily in software bundles with legit third-party applications. You may fail to detect it during the installation process easily, especially if you perform the operation via the 'Quick' menu. If you set Savings up via the 'Advanced' guide, you should be able to deselect the ad-based extension manually. Although you may miss the presence of the adware in the bundle, there is no way for you to miss it in your browsers. The add-on may cause a series of alterations automatically. It may set a highly untrustworthy search engine as your new default homepage. If you use it, which is not advisable, you may see manipulated results that try to bring you to partner sites. As you move on, you may notice a surprisingly large quantity of commercial materials, coming in very different formats. They may be pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads or transitional ads that may appear while you go from one site to the next. Savings may be compatible with all of the popular browsers that include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. You may notice the same unauthorized modifications in all Web clients simultaneously. The commercial materials may consist of discounts, special offers, and deals that may seem appealing. The promoted products may depend on the sites you have visited recently. However, you should not expect too much of them because they may open sites that you haven't even heard about. It goes without saying that you shouldn't buy anything from shopping platforms with unverified legitimacy. In some cases, the marketing elements may lead you towards threatening sites that don't sell anything. They may offer corrupt software or attempt some frauds. The ads also may cause unexpected few-second-long freezes. You may be unable to disable the ad-oriented extension without the help of a credible anti-malware tool.
