High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.

Screenify is an adware that may bombard your Web clients with unwanted pay-per-click commercial materials. These sponsored ads may generate revenue for the developers of this suspicious application. Screenify may enter thanks to a distribution method that the experts call 'bundling.' Screenify may receive your permission for installation when you agree to load some third-party freeware. The chances for this issue to occur may increase if you download cost-free programs from unreliable sites. The specialists advise you to use the 'Advanced' menu to perform these installations because it may let you uncheck unwanted components. If you fail to do so, Screenify may cause various unpleasant modifications to your browser. Screenify is cross-compatible, so you may experience the same issues no matter if you decide to launch Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. This suspicious extension may be responsible for the existence of many pop-ups, banners, embedded video materials or in-text ads. Some of them may be labeled as 'Brough by Screenify.' The displayed cookie-based discounts and deals may lead you to partner pages, thus generating referral commissions for the developers. It is not advisable to proceed to its affiliated platforms for security reasons. Some of them may be infected with threats that may sneak into your PC. The cyberspace is also full of fraudulent pages that may use different tactics to collect money from less attentive users. Unfortunately, it may not be easy to avoid visiting sponsored domains. Screenify may interfere with the search results so that you may notice some promoted sites at the front positions. Many PC users report that the new commercial materials may lead to some performance problems. The reason you may experience freezes or crashes is that the ads may make the pages more difficult to load because they may require much of the available resources. Screenify is far more stubborn than legit Web extensions, so you should use special security software to delete it.
