Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Search Armor by Colombi Tech Ltd is a small application that offers a seemingly reliable function but also may insert some annoying ads in your browsers. Since the side effects tend to be rather unpleasant and due to them many clients prefer to remove Search Armor, the experts label it as Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). What this questionable software offers may easily attract your attention – it promises to prevent any other tool from changing your default homepage and search engine. Many programs forcibly apply such modifications to redirect you to sponsored pages, so the feature may seem handy. However, everything comes with a price, and the price, in this case, is the presence of many pop-ups, banners and interstitial ads. You may face them during your online sessions, regardless if your preferred web client is Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. In fact, the PUP causes alterations to all of them simultaneously. There are several reasons why these ads may not be something beneficial to you. The first problem concerns their quantity. They will likely follow you on the majority of sites you open, which may cause a distraction. Second, the ads may lead to some dangerous platforms. The profits of Colombi Tech Ltd come as referral commissions, paid by the administrators of the promoted pages. To maximize the income, the company behind Search Armor may include many sites without checking their legitimacy. For this reason, they deny any responsibility if damage occurs from following the ads. The third negative feature of the pop-ups and banners is that they may lead to speed drops or occasional crashes of the browser. The PUP sometimes may reach the machines of its clients bundled with freeware. If you didn't install it intentionally or the commercial materials disturb you, you should delete Search Armor with a professional anti-malware solution.
