High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.

Smart PC Tweaker is a PC optimization utility whose website promises to provide users with a cool set of features that will allow them to automatically optimize the Windows registry, fix system errors, and apply other fixes which will improve the stability and performance of the computer. However, what the product’s description might forget to mention is that Smart PC Tweaker’s free version won’t apply any fixes and, instead, it will only scan the system and generate a report with recommended optimizations. Another shady thing that may occur is that the report might be exaggerated in order to convince more users to opt to pay for the full version that will immediately fix the reported issues.
Keep in mind that using Smart PC Tweaker is not dangerous, and this application has been classified as a potentially unwanted program (PUP). Having it on your computer does not hide any risks, but the only issue users might encounter is that Smart PC Tweaker is likely to display regular reminders that the user needs to purchase a full license in order to fix all pending problems.
To make sure that the notifications and alerts will keep popping out on a regular basis, Smart PC Tweaker will create a registry key which guarantees that the application will start as soon as Windows boots. If you find Smart PC Tweaker helpful and you’ve purchased the full product, then there is no problem to use in the future. However, if you’ve installed it and do not plan to pay the full price, the new suggest that you remove it either manually or with the assistance of a trustworthy PC security application.
