ScreenshotSoftStronghold is a rogue antispyware program that was created by the same group of hackers that made the fake security programs Soft Cop, WiniGuard and SoftSoldier. SoftStronghold is installed from false online spyware scanners. They display that a user's computer is affected and he must install software to remove all threats. SoftStronghold is a Trojan. When downloaded and run, a Trojan will install SoftStronghold, create many malicious files with random names and set SoftStronghold to run automatically each time, when a user turns on a computer. This particular Trojan that installs SoftStronghold will show annoying screens, false security warnings and reports from Windows task bar, that a user's PC is infected or being attacked by an Internet Virus.
