Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

StreamlinedDIY is a browser toolbar that is identified as a Potentially Unwanted Program by a large number of popular anti-malware solutions. This toolbar claims to provide users with expert DIY tutorials that cover a broad range of topics such as home improvement, technology tricks, life hacks, recipes, and even money-saving suggestions. While this may seem like an attractive tool to have at your disposal, we'd like to inform you that the content which StreamlinedDIY promotes is not original nor is it associated with Mindspark Interactive Network, the software's publisher. This toolbar collects articles and posts from a long list of websites and provides the user with links to these Web destinations. In short, everything that StreamlinedDIY suggests can already be found by performing a quick search on the Web.
Apart from claiming to be more useful than it is, the StreamlinedDIY Toolbar also may introduce unwanted changes to your Web browser's configuration as soon as you install it. Users who opt to deploy this toolbar on their computers may be disappointed to find out that it may change the settings of popular Web browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox so that their default new tab page points to http://hp.myway.com/streamlineddiy/ttab02chr. This is a simple search engine that also includes some quick links to websites associated with DIY projects. Using the search engine that StreamlinedDIY promotes will not expose users to unsafe or suspicious content, but you should keep in mind that low-quality search engines may sometimes provide irrelevantly or manipulated search results. While there is no proof that this is the case with the MyWay.com search engine, it is better to avoid low-quality search engines like this one and stick to using Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other popular search aggregators.
If you didn't install the StreamlinedDIY Toolbar on purpose or if you find its features underwhelming, then it is in your best interest to remove this software from your computer. The removal of the StreamlinedDIY software can be carried out with the help of a potent anti-malware application automatically.
