SvcMiner

SvcMiner is a Trojan infection. When inside a computer, SvcMiner will allow its creators to perform any action they want. This means that SvcMiner may take control of the infected computer and cause potential harm. SvcMiner alters the browser settings and Registry in order to load every time the computer starts. SvcMiner may display numerous advertisements that, in addition to being fake, may bring other threats to the infected computer. SvcMiner may spend a considerable amount of system resources and CPU usage which will turn the machine slow and unresponsive. SvcMiner may affect Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and other browsers and redirect the computer user to websites unrelated to the user's activities. SvcMiner also may collect the computer user information. SvcMiner may be acquired through torrent in corrupted websites, spam emails or bundled with free applications. To prevent further damage, SvcMiner should be removed from the affected computer upon detection, and the computer user will need to be helped by a good malware removal tool.
