TabSearch is an intrusive application or browser add-on compatible with both macOS and Windows. It is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP,) and it is highly unlikely that anyone will install it on purpose. This is why its creators are not relying on legitimate propagation methods and advertising campaigns – instead, the TabSearch is being delivered through software bundles, fake downloads, and deceptive content. As soon as TabSearch is installed, it will try to manipulate the configuration of Web browsers so that they redirect you to 3rd-party sites, as well as to display additional ads when you are browsing the Web.

TabSearch's redirects are not nefarious, but they may ruin your Web browsing experience since you will regularly be taken to sites that are irrelevant to your interests. Furthermore, TabSearch may replace your default new tab page and search engine, further limiting your ability to surf the Web enjoyable.

TabSearch has no valuable features, and you should not keep it installed. It is best to remove such software automatically by running an up-to-date antivirus tool compatible with your operating system.
