High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.

TakeOrLeave is an ad-supported application that is capable of displaying pop-up, pop-under, banner, in-text, interstitial, and other types of advertisements. Malware analysts claim that TakeOrLeave may not have any beneficial features and is, thus, considered to be a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). Apart from the obvious issues constituted from the aggressive advertisement behavior of TakeOrLeave such as slower browser performance and crashing, you may also expose vulnerabilities in your system's security. Advertisements displayed by most adware are regularly not monitored in regards to their safety and are often the cause for users to install more adware or, sometimes, even malware. Because the benefits of TakeOrLeave may not outweigh the risks, we advise you to "leave" and uninstall this dubious application. Furthermore, TakeOrLeave may get installed in conjunction with other questionable software as a result of 'bundling'. Users may install TakeOrLeave inadvertently when they do not read the EULA of freeware and choose the default installation options. Eliminating TakeOrLeave ads may prove to be a rather tedious process, since even if you remove all obvious components from your browser, you may still continue to receive annoying ads. In order to permanently remove TakeOrLeave, you may be required to reinstall your browser and perform a system scan with an anti-malware security program.
